Here is how to eat a bandster diet:
Draw a line down the middle of a sheet of notebook paper.
On one side (Column A)write a list of all the proteins you like, beef, fish, chicken, pork, beans, cottage cheese, shell fish, etc. 3-4 oz
On the other side:Column B: write down all the vegtable and fruit you like.
Pick one from Column A and 2 from Column B. You have a bandster meal. How simple is that!
Eat what is on your plate. Wait 20 minutes. If you are still a bit hungry, have some more veggies.
