		<description>Always follow your surgeons instructions.  They are all different.  Eating full protein like chicken or steak makes your stomach work too hard to process it.  Soft things and liquids let your stomach rest.  Try to follow the rules set down by your surgeon.</description>

		<description>So is it bad that I started eating solid food after 1 week of being banded?  the quantity has been small but more than 2 oz. with no discomfort or nausea. I keep expecting to feel sick but haven&#039;t.  Is something wrong?</description>
